I sent 2 messages for them to call me & they responded -overseas & back in 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks later Justin & son Isaac viewed the poor results saying they would get back to me. But once they were paid in full I got no response to my calls & messages although I had only requested a redo of the 2 worst windows. I do understand that a person may have a day they don’t feel great. But Justin has refused to take ownership of the shoddy workmanship. Sadly my expectations for sparkling windows did not materialise 😔
We recently had our house washed and couldn’t be happier with the result. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so it was a very tough job, but the team handled it brilliantly. Organising a quote was simple. From the beginning the communication was excellent with questions answered and everything clearly explained. Over the two days, the team were polite, professional and took real care in what they were doing, with incredible attention to detail. The difference in the house is amazing and couldn’t recommend the team highly enough!
Issac and Zac were punctual and polite. My windows and glass doors were perfectly cleaned.

Thank you for the great service! 15 Jan 2026 - As stated in my first review I have used the service again. Myconcrete was really disgusting and the house was getting mouldy. Justin and the 2 Isaacs did a fantastic job. My pergola was super mouldy and is now bright and shiny. I'm really happy with the work that was done.
