It’s not perfect but it’s 100 x better, I’m stoked. Very professional and quick service. Now I just have to wait to be able to sit back down on the couch. Will definitely use this company again
Service was excellent. Couch was cleaned as expected. Joao was very friendly and helped explain the process of mould restoration. Happy with the result. However I deduct one star for paying 1.5% card fee. If I had known I would have had cash prepared. Or atleast offer a direct bank transfer option. I believe the business should absoarb the cost. I don’t ask my customers to cover my costs additionally after I’ve already told them the price.
Joao came to clean the carpet in my room. On top of his great work, he is polite and have a nice attitude. He apologised before he made loud noise from the machine. I rate him 5 stars. Thank you very much Joao.
Joao was punctual, super friendly, he was also super kind and considerate! He did an amazing job on our carpets! From booking over the phone to the job being completed, everything with Stain Solutions has been perfect! Thankyou guys so much! Highly recommend!!
Joao did a fantastic job cleaning out 5 seater modular couch and rug. Both had stubborn stains (red wine etc) that have been removed. Excellent service and would recommend

Both sofas and the rug were cleaned, and everything looks like new — I’m really impressed with the result.
