Unfortunately, my experience with this company was disappointing. The service did not live up to the expectations set during the booking process, and I felt they overpromised and underdelivered. Communication was often abrupt, and at times came across as rude and impatient. Fiona in particular was not easy to deal with and short-tempered. When I raised questions or made reasonable requests, there was very little flexibility or willingness to work with me. What should have been a straightforward and stress-free experience ended up being unnecessarily frustrating. I chose this company hoping for professionalism and good customer service, but that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services. Fiona, Matt and Maddy are absolutely incredible - from the moment to when I enquired Maddy handled my enquiry perfectly, To Matt and Fiona + who quoted me and got me booked in....the experience was seamless and nothing but exceptional. Since then every clean I have gotten has been better each team, they have learned what works for me and what does not - and have kept my apartment in as I call it "Open Home Ready" the entire team, Fiona, Matt and Maddy - thank you.

My husband and I were very happy with the cleaning service this company provided when cleaning our house post renovation! WOW! Genuine people who want to, and do, help. Pleasure to deal with, nothings a problem and after they left, my Mum’s house was glowing. From corner to corner they cleaned, the kitchen looks new again and the window sills look like they have been freshly painted. My Mum feels like a Queen. Definitely recommend!
