Michael and Ray are the team members named repeatedly, with reviewers praising their craftsmanship, attention to detail and conscientious approach to French doors, sliding glass doors and skylights. Calcium build-up that had resisted other attempts was removed, leaving glass clear for an upcoming inspection.

Various customers describe the crew as friendly and courteous while working carefully inside the home, and a point that comes up often is the speed of response to enquiries. Beyond window cleaning, the team pressure washed a roof, with results described as excellent. The finish is consistently reported as high quality inside and out, and the manner in which the work was carried out has led to repeat bookings. Exterior surfaces and solar panels also fall within the services offered, and the care taken with delicate frames and glass is a recurring theme among those who have used the company in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
