Amy's Domestic Agency

Amy's Domestic Agency is a Townsville-based cleaning provider with 19 years of quality care. The agency operates a local office rather than a call centre, and also trades as Home Help Service. It offers free quotes following an on-site inspection.

Services comprise house cleaning, spring cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning and builders cleaning. The agency provides DVA and NDIS cleaning assistance and home care packages, and serves builders with cleaning services. All cleaners have current police clearances. For commercial cleaning, the agency provides all equipment and chemicals.

Amy's Domestic Agency in Pimlico covers domestic cleaning work, including spring cleans and regular household visits. One customer described a pre-Christmas spring clean carried out by Heather and her team, saying the house was left beautifully clean and that the result exceeded expectations, with the same customer intending to arrange regular cleaning afterwards and noting the communication throughout.

A second account found the cleaning itself acceptable but raised concerns about the handling of electrical cleaning equipment, describing rough treatment and stating that repair of an expensive vacuum cleaner was declined. Both accounts relate to one-off and repeat domestic cleaning jobs. Heather is the staff member named in the positive feedback, and the pre-Christmas spring clean is the job that drew the most detailed praise.
