About the company

It services 35+ suburbs across greater Cairns, from the Northern Beaches to the Southern Corridor, and employs 15+ active cleaners. The team is trained to the same REIQ checklist and cleans to the REIQ inspection standard. A bond-back guarantee with a free 72-hour re-clean is offered if the property manager isn’t satisfied, and a cleaning receipt is provided on every clean. Services include bond cleaning, home cleaning, office cleaning, and window cleaning.
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Bond cleaning in Cairns is the service described in the two accounts from people moving out of a rental. The first customer, a local, notes that communication was responsive, clear and professional from the initial contact, which made organising the move simpler during a stressful period.
The second gives credit to Jolan and his team for considerate, professional work, an affordable price and a job done well, adding that the service was astounding. Across both, the recurring themes are ease of contact, the care taken with the property and the affordability of the end-of-lease clean. The work itself covers bond cleaning for tenants handing back a rental.

Did a wonderful job! Great communication, super professional & extremely considerate. Jolan & his team provided astounding service at an affordable price - if I could rate 6 stars, I would.
I am a Cairns local, and finding reliable, high-quality trades and services can sometimes be a challenge, but I cannot recommend this bond cleaning team enough. They have been an absolute lifesaver during what was a very stressful moving process. From the very first point of contact, their communication was outstanding. They were always responsive, clear, and professional, which made coordinating the move so much easier. When it came to the actual clean, I was blown away by the results; the property looked better than when I first moved in. What truly sets them apart, however, is their genuine support. I faced some difficult hurdles with my real estate agency during this transition, and this team went above and beyond to provide guidance and assistance when I needed it most. It is rare to find a service that doesn’t just do the job, but actually cares about the person behind the booking. If you are in Cairns and want a stress-free experience from a professional, hardworking, and incredibly kind team, do not look anywhere else. They made a daunting task feel easy, and I am so grateful for all their help. They have earned a customer for life!
