Cairns Property Service has built a strong reputation around bond and exit cleans, with customers consistently describing spotless results and full bond refunds. The thoroughness of the team is a recurring theme: reviewers note that houses were left cleaner than when tenants moved in, with carpets, curtains and windows all attended to. Jessie and Josh are named repeatedly for their prompt responses, professional manner and willingness to fit jobs in at short notice. Communication stands out as a point of praise, with clients appreciative of being kept informed from the initial enquiry through to completion.

The convenience of a single provider coordinating the exit clean alongside carpet steam cleaning and pest control is mentioned often, sparing customers the hassle of juggling multiple trades. Pricing is described as affordable and fair for the effort involved. Several reviewers highlight the careful preparation and finishing touches, particularly on lawn levelling and turfing work, where a gentle slope replaced an uneven surface. The company also handles general house cleaning, carpet and window cleaning around the district, and the consistent message is one of reliability and work completed on schedule. Team members receive particular credit for their friendly and easy-going approach.
