Forresters

They have been cleaning my AirBNB unit for a fews years now and are extremely reliable, always willing to help and great to communicate with. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend Forresters Cleaning Services enough. They manage the cleaning for my Airbnb, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Communication is incredible; they're always prompt, responsive, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. The level of support they offer is exceptional – they're proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed, which has been a lifesaver on a few occasions now. The cleaning itself is excellent, and my guests frequently comment on how spotless and welcoming the apartment is. It's a relief to know my space is in such good hands. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong with David and Andrew.

David and Liz were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was completed in the timeframe that was promised. David is a honest , professional, genuine guy who I would have no trouble recommending.

I have been using Forresters Cleaning Services to clean and maintain my very busy Airbnb property for a little over a year now and cannot recommend them highly enough! As an out of town owner, David and his team are extremely helpful in essentially co-managing my property by running errands, replenishing supplies, and notifying me of any maintenance issues. I am kept updated with regular photos, and feel confident that my property is in great hands. Thank you for all of your hard work guys!

BEWARE! This company has proven to be unprofessional, untrustworthy and very dishonest whilst providing their services. The quality of work was not of a standard satisfactory to our requirements and we had several discussions with the owners in relation to this to no avail. CAN NOT recommend the use of this company at all if you are looking for somebody you can trust or quality cleaning. They have the audacity to complain about fake accounts in their reply and yet strangely the last 2 reviews have only posted 1 review in order to try to hide this GENUINE REVIEW. The threats and attempted intimidation in your response will not get you anywhere. Accept bad reviews, it's part of being in business!

I have enlisted the services of Forrester's for a weekly clean at my home for almost 3 years now. I cannot rate this business high enough! From the first interaction with David, I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to work with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed at a time convenient for me. All of their staff are highly trained, have an exceptional attention to detail and continue to go above and beyond to ensure I receive the absolute best service that money can buy. I am always greeted by friendly, courteous staff members who have the utmost respect for my home and everything in it and the invaluable advice I have received from the team for some 'outside the box' issues that have arisen over the years has saved me a lot of time and money I would have otherwise had to spend. 10/10 recommend the team at Forrester's Cleaning Services for ALL of your cleaning needs!

I would recommend this group to anyone living in Cairns! David and the team are so lovely and they left my apartment looking so nice and clean. BEST IN TOWN!!!
