Great staff excellent service
This was the first time for me to hire cleaners….and what an AMAZING experience this was!!! Wella’s team didn’t disappoint 🤩 2 minutes before the scheduled time I have received a message that they will be 1/2 an hour later👍 Oh my god, it was well worth the time to wait!!! So first….fantastic communication! Wella’s husband turned up only 15 minutes after the original planned time to assess what I needed to get done before the rest of the team turned up. Everything we have discussed was done to perfection!!…and even things that I haven’t even mentioned (forgot) but needed to be done were cleaned 🥰 Their eye for detail is AMAZING and I’m over the moon with the HUGE DETAILED spring clean after my big bathroom renovation!!! I am so lucky to have found Cairns Sparkle Cleaning Services and can only HIGHLY recommend their service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We had 3 ladies come and clean my house today. They did such an amazing job. My house is so clean and smells amazing. Nothing was missed. I will definitely be using them again. 5 stars!
Have used Cairns Sparkle Cleaning 3 times. Each time, their service and advice were fantastic. 1 st time was to do a heavy-duty clean of the tiles in our new home before we moved in. 2nd time was to clean the tiles of the home we moved out of. They advised that the tiles were too old to be done by machine, so they cleaned by hand. Looked great. The next time we used them was to clean out an old office. Not only did they help with the furniture, but they did a great job on a disgusting carpet and mouldy walls. Use them, and you won't regret it.
I hired the The Sparkle Cleaning team to carry out a deep clean of the bakery. To be honest I had pretty ordinary expectations due to prior experience with cleaners. I'm very pleased to report that they certainly live up to their name. The clean was very thorough, detailed, fast and communication was excellent. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Sparkle Cleaning.
These guys are great! All the staff are so warm and friendly every time they come to clean our house. The crew are really good at what they do - they're very professional and can get a lot of work done in just a small amount of time. We've been with these cleaners for about two years now and it's never caused any headaches. The staff are competent and capable and will figure out the most important jobs to be done without us needing to think about or manage anything. The house always sparkles and looks great when they leave. Saves me so much time and makes my wife very happy :)
