Clean Care Cairns

Clean Care Cairns is a local social enterprise that is locally owned and managed. It has been operating for more than a decade and serves the entire Cairns region, from Palm Cove to Gordonvale. The organisation provides both commercial and domestic cleaning services, including house and end-of-lease cleaning.

It offers NDIS cleaning services and insurance cleaning services for events such as floods, fires, and vandalism. It also provides services for real estates and body corporates. Clean Care Cairns conducts thorough reference checks, regular training sessions, and site orientations, and regularly reviews its policies and insurances.

Cairns clients of Clean Care Cairns describe a house and end-of-lease cleaning service where regular visits have built lasting loyalty, with named staff singled out for particular care. Danielle is praised for her sympathetic manner and her habit of staying until the client is satisfied, while Jude is described as thorough and going further than expected while cleaning for an elderly customer. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of gardening and outdoor work, with hedges and trees trimmed, lawns mowed well and green waste taken away, so the yard stays enjoyable without the owner lifting a finger.

Since the accident of one long-term client, that reviewer has come to rely on the same cleaner and prefers no substitute, pointing to the consistency and personal attention that repeat customers notice. The picture is not uniform, with one account saying the cleaning was incomplete, a dozen or so areas raised before the team left and more missed spots found afterwards, and that reviewer would not recommend the business. The recurring strength is a familiar, caring cleaner; the recurring weakness is work that sometimes falls short of the expected finish.
