UltraBright Cleaning Services - Cairns

Extremely affordable service and a great finished product. Super clean couches. Highly recommend Sam and the team at Ultra Bright

Sam and his crew, including Matthew and partner did an incredible job. They contacted us about the job straight away, emphasized how thorough their job focus is, showed up on time, did the spruce clean to a high standard and left us with the smell of a freshly-cleaned apartment. Highly recommended!

Sam is very professional and lovely to deal with, very prompt with responding to emails also. He worked his magic and restored our "grey" couches back to white! Highly recommended and will use Sam again in the future.

Ultra-Bright came highly recommended by my agent; their Facebook and Google teviews are also excellent. I booked Ultra-Bright for a full house clean and I am so glad I did 🙂 Sam has been a true professional from start to finish, he and his team are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, cleaning is done as requested. Team is friendly, punctual, polite and hard-working. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed how thoroughly they cleaned the fans and air-cons. Glass and mirrors are sparkling, floors are squeaky clean enough to eat off 😅 Shout-out to Matthew, Emma and another Sam, thank you all for a job well done 👏

Got Sam and his team to complete a bond clean and carpet clean as end of lease. While I never met Sam in person as I organised everything before I left Cairns nothing was ever too much trouble for Sam and his team. Very good communication via a email also. They collected keys as I couldn't get out to the house to meet them. Real estate was very happy with the clean and said the property was left in a great condition. Thanks Sam for all of your help to make it a smooth vacate of a property. Also very good value for money. Keep up the great work.

Sam was a true professional Very clean service I highly recommend ultra bright cleaning services

Organised a $1,250 bond clean, they damaged multiple walls, (we know this as we had patched and painted every single nick and ding in the entire building prior to the clean) and they also did a terrible job cleaning the property. When followed up we were told we were lying and given all the excuses under the sun that it wasn't their fault. No offer to come and check the issues, just an adamant refusal that they had done anything wrong and if there were any issues that was our problem now. Never use these people. - Follow Up to response from owner. - The cleaner didn't show up at 7:30am as booked, as you had a person away sick, which happens and we were easy going about leaving the keys in the mailbox for someone to come through and clean at midday. So no we didn't "walk you through" the property as we were painting, which is just a straight up lie. We have not had a single face to face interaction with you or your staff throughout the entire process. And yes we came back through the property after the $1250 clean, we paid for, to confirm it was actually done properly, which it wasn't. Had we not we wouldn't have be getting our bond back due to the issues with the cleaning and the damage to the walls. Maybe next time someone has an issue with your services, instead of acting like a bully you should give the client the benefit of the doubt and come out and check the job over and rectify any issues. So lets just leave it at that shall we.
