Fantastic cleaning service. Easy to organise, very friendly, and the final result was brilliant, spotless. Stains cleaned I didn’t even know were stains! Highly recommended.
Really happy with the bond clean. The place looked great afterwards and everything was done to a high standard. Communication was easy and the team was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Dan and his team!
Not interested in cleaning a 1 bedroom house. Was incredibly rude on the phone. “None of your business what my business does”; I had asked what was their minimum hours to spend to clean a house. A reasonable question since that matters. Stated “I have no interest in discussing any of these questions with you” Edited: I’m sorry you thought I was a competitor and that’s why you were rude and hostile immediately when I asked my questions. I wasn’t trying to “de value” your business. I was asking questions since I wasn’t sure how they worked. You didn’t explain anything, you told me it was none of my business. I do not think lying about the situation is a good response and not the best communication of your services to customers. There were better ways to respond to a situation like this, instead of being aggressive when I had done nothing wrong. The response is also quite unprofessional which is very disappointing. I do wish you all the best and I hope other customers do not have to face the abuse you showed.
They quoted and completed the work with a few days notice. They supplied Bond gaurantee and when the real estate flagged some concerns, Bond Clean Cairns was happy to return to site and sort it. Super helpful and very clear on communication.
Had to call Dan out to clean mouldy ceilings. Again he did a great job. My home is fresh again. Thank you Dan and Tait. I highly recommend
