Calibre Cleaning Melbourne
About the company
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Calibre Cleaning Melbourne is based in the Melbourne CBD and holds a 4.5 average from 654 reviews. Several detailed negative reviews describe subcontracted cleaners leaving surfaces, cobwebs and cabinets untouched despite paying several hundred dollars for a "deep clean" or "move-in" clean. Against this, other reviewers praise cleaners such as Baasansuren (Baaska) and Sam for efficient, thorough work and good communication. The mixed pattern suggests quality can vary noticeably depending on which cleaner is assigned to the job.

Esteban and his colleague did an incredible job for our end of lease clean. They were punctual, professional and their attention to detail was excellent. The company overall provided great communication regarding the fees and service. Thank you!
Monica from Calibre Cleaning Has always been unfailingly courteous and professional. She always maintains a high degree of attention to detail and if requested never shirks a task. She is a real asset to the company for which she works.
Calibre Cleaning has been excellent. They're efficient, reliable, and communicate really well from start to finish. We recently had our first cleaning session with Baasansuren (Baaska), who did an amazing job. The house looked great, and we were really impressed with the quality of the clean. We're looking forward to our next booking and would happily recommend Calibre Cleaning to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy cleaning service.
Baska did a fantastic job, thorough, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. The place was spotless by the time she was done, and she was friendly and professional throughout. Really happy with the service from Calibre Cleaning and would highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again!
Just started with Calibre Cleaning and they’re brilliant! Great communications, friendly staff and cleaners were very attentive to detail and performed a lot quicker than planned which really helped me sure to my tight schedule and many daily tasks. Look forward to working with them more moving forward.
The staff were excellent in communication, presentation, punctual and cleaned our property perfectly! They even took the time to place a few of our kids toys seated on their beds and in the lounge room where the kids had left them prior to the clean! They even spotted white texter marks on our glass in the bathroom (that had been there for 2 years now but was just out of reach for us to get to without a ladder) and cleaned it! Our last two previous cleaners both never took the effort to clean this- so you can image the delight when we saw it was FINALLY gone! I would and will highly recommend Calibre Cleaners any day of the week! Thank you Isidora and Agus you guys are absolute stars!
Sam did an incredible job—after more than three hours, our home was spotless and the attention to detail really showed his professionalism. There was a small communication issue at the start regarding which rooms were included, but it was quickly resolved and handled well. Overall, I’m very impressed with the result—our home has never looked better. I’ll definitely be using Calibre Cleaning again.
