Canberra Bond Cleaning

Canberra Bond Cleaning provides end-of-lease cleaning services. The company serves Canberra, Queanbeyan, and Jerrabombera. Its cleaners are fully vetted and insured, each with over 5 years of professional experience. The cleaning checklist is compiled in consultation with real estate agents and landlords. The company offers a bond back guarantee with a 72-hour re-clean policy and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Additional services include carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and mould removal.

Bond and vacate cleaning sits at the centre of what this Canberra provider offers, and the feedback from satisfied customers focuses on results that hold up to agent and landlord inspection. Several reviewers describe receiving a full bond back after an end of lease clean, with one noting the work was so effective that no second visit was needed. Punctuality and thoroughness are mentioned often, along with clear communication before and after the job, including customers being told what was included and what was not, with extras offered where required.

Judy is named for her help in organising, notably arranging cleaners at short notice when another provider cancelled, while Sammy is praised for hard work and a positive attitude, staying late to finish. Carpet cleaning is singled out for being done well, and freshen-ups of investment properties before new tenants arrive are also covered. Fair, honest pricing is a recurring theme, with the process described as hassle-free. Kind cleaners who follow instructions, quick responses to enquiries and a follow-up once the work is complete round out the picture.
