ChemDry Metro Carpet Cleaning Melbourne

Chem-Dry Metro Carpet Cleaning Melbourne is a locally owned family business that has been serving Melbourne since 2007 and has 30 years of local experience. Its technicians are IICRC-trained, police checked, and fully insured. The company uses a patented cleaning product called The Natural, which is environmentally friendly and wool-safe approved. It also uses Hot Carbonating Extraction, which removes an average of 98% of common household allergens from carpets and upholstery. The cleaning process leaves carpets dry in 1 to 2 hours and upholstery dry within 3 to 4 hours.

Chem-Dry Metro offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Its service area includes Melbourne and surrounding suburbs in Northern, North Eastern and North Western Melbourne. Clients include hotels, property managers, real estate agents, and over 10,000 Melbourne families. Services include carpet cleaning, pet urine odour removal, carpet bleach spot repair, specialised stain removal, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, and mould removal.

ChemDry Metro Carpet Cleaning Melbourne handles carpet and upholstery work across the Melbourne CBD, and reviewers repeatedly highlight the removal of stains that other providers had declared permanent. Fake tan, curry, pet accidents and dark marks on white couches and living room chairs are among the problems customers describe being resolved, with carpets and furniture left looking fresh and as if the damage had never occurred.

Named team members Antonio, Dim, William and Jeanette appear often in accounts, praised for professionalism, friendliness and knowledge, while the office side is described as smooth and well organised from booking through to completion. Several customers mention punctuality, thorough assessment of the carpet before work begins, and clear explanation of any extra treatment needed, along with upfront pricing and no surprise charges. The non-toxic products and fast drying times are noted as practical advantages, particularly for households booking around other commitments.

Tidy finishing, careful clean-up and efficiency on the day come up frequently, as does the willingness of the team to return when a stubborn mark requires a second attempt. Upholstery cleaning of sofas and wing chairs features alongside general carpet work, and leather and tile cleaning are also listed among the services offered. Customers describe repeat bookings over several years, which suggests the standard has stayed consistent.
