Households dealing with floods, moving days and stubborn stains call on this carpet and upholstery specialist, and the accounts that recur centre on Steve, whose name appears throughout the feedback. Customers describe a rapid response to water damage, including one whole-home steam clean arranged at short notice to fit around a move, and another occasion when a flooded apartment had its carpets dried thoroughly. Several accounts note punctuality, with Steve and colleague Adam arriving when promised, and communication that runs from the first enquiry through to the finished job.

The steam cleaning itself is described as thorough and efficient, lifting stains and leaving carpets feeling renewed; one customer notes that a single clean resolved a cat allergy left by previous owners. Clear explanations of the process and willingness to answer questions are a point that comes up often, alongside friendly, professional dealings. The care taken with water-damaged carpets after a kitchen sink overflow also features, and customers note that booking is straightforward even at short notice. The work covers carpet steam cleaning across homes and apartments, with upholstery care part of the offering, and the consistent thread is a job completed properly and without fuss.
