Omega Carpet Cleaning Melbourne

Omega Carpet Cleaning Melbourne was founded more than 15 years ago by Loui Zarkadas and has 23 years of hands-on industry experience. The company has worked with high-profile clients, restored carpets for government buildings, and cleaned carpets for Channel 9's The Block for several years. It offers a 100% money-back guarantee. Services comprise residential, commercial and office carpet cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning and fabric upholstery cleaning throughout Melbourne and the surrounding areas.

Households moving into a new place, owners of wool sofas and anyone dealing with heavily soiled carpets form the bulk of the feedback collected about this Melbourne business. Loui is the name that recurs, and the accounts converge on his ability to rescue textiles that had already been treated by someone else without success, bringing stained and neglected carpet back to something resembling its original state. Reviews regularly refer to thorough vacuuming and steam cleaning carried out with professional-grade equipment, with the extracted dirt shown at the end as evidence of the work.

Punctuality and reliability feature strongly, covering both same-day callouts and last-minute requests, and the quotes given are described as clear with no hidden charges. Patience in explaining the process and the products used, together with a willingness to move furniture so the job could be completed, is another point that comes up often. Fast, careful results on pet-damaged upholstery and long-neglected fabric are the thread running through the accounts, which also note the friendliness and honesty of the operator.
