Carpet, rug, upholstery and tile cleaning in Prahran is carried out by Myer Carpet Cleaning, and the feedback gathered from customers centres on the standard of finish achieved. Several reviewers describe how stains that had resisted earlier attempts, including marks left by pets and everyday foot traffic, were lifted from wool rugs, sofas and heavily used carpets, with items said to look and smell fresh afterwards. Eddie is named repeatedly as the technician responsible, and reviewers consistently note his punctuality, professional manner and friendly approach.

A point that comes up often is the care taken around the home, with customers remarking that floors were left clean and tidy once the work finished. Communication before the visit is mentioned too, particularly text messages confirming arrival times. Customers also describe the pricing as reasonable for the work performed and the advice given on caring for leather and fabric furnishings. Steam cleaning is the method referenced, applied to a long-owned King Furniture sofa alongside rugs and tiles, with the results prompting repeat bookings and customers returning for further jobs.
