Best Carpet Cleaning Melbourne

There's nothing special in their so-called "award-winning" service as they claim. This guy Mimo basically outsources the carpet work to a third party carpet cleaning company. "Good marketing but poor execution". The cleaner took too long, didn't understand instructions well because she doesn't speak English, and left with a substandard cleaning work after 5.5 hours (originally we agreed for 4 hours but I was forced to extend the time by Mimmo as we were nowehere near to completion at the 4 hour mark). Looks like this is a common experience as I have read few reviews with the exact same experience. I'm highly suspicious of the company getting paid 5-star reviews to bump up their ratings.

A huge thank you to Mimmo and his beautiful ladies who swept in and worked tirelessly to prepare our home for sale. Mimmo was extremely responsive from the moment we contacted him and provided us with an incredibly detailed quote. He delivered on his promise to go above and beyond in making our house sparkling clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Clean House Melbourne to anyone wanting nothing but the best job possible when it comes to their home. 100% satisfied!

Mimmo and his team are very thorough in doing the end-of-lease cleaning of my apartment. It’s spotless now and he fitted us in his schedule even though I called him only 2 days before the cleaning itself. Worth the price and will definitely use their service again 👌 Regards, Michaela

Mimmo has definitely been our life saver!! Very responsive, friendly, and transparent. No hidden cost unlike other cleaning companies who often charge more on the day they clean the apartment. We contacted several cleaning companies but kept coming back to Mimmo. Got our full bond back, could not be happier and satisfied with Mimmo and Nancy. I am sure there are no fake reviews here as mentioned by everyone else, they are really professional and thank you for relieving our stress during the end of our tenancy!

Mimmo and his crew were absolutely amazing. I contacted Clean House Melbourne on very short notice as my original cleaners had cancelled on me. Mimmo arrived within 45 minutes of the call. His team then arrived at my house 15 minutes earlier than promised. They were very professional and thorough taking the time to meticulously clean each corner of my kitchen and bathroom. They were reliable and easy to work with, I highly recommend their services.

I engaged Mimmo's company to clean my two bedroom apartment after a recent renovation project. Mimmo's team were very thorough, worked diligently, efficiently and went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with the clean. Truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Clean House Melbourne and would not hesitate to engage their services again. Thank You

I was extremely impressed with the professional, highly motivated and efficient service provided by Mimmo and his wonderful team at Clean House Melbourne. At each stage of the process (initial phone call, consultation, confirmation of date and time through to the final follow-up call), Mimmo was courteous, passionate, informative, thorough and focussed on delivering the best possible service to his clients. Nancy and Karen were lovely to work with. They were punctual, diligent, meticulous in their approach and worked through my very extensive list - great work ethic ladies. Thank you once again to the amazing Clean House Melbourne Team - I cannot recommend you highly enough.
