Clean House Melbourne

I hired Clean House Melbourne for an office carpet steam cleaning. The booking process was very easy and they answered all of my questions promptly. The job was done to a very high standard and all stains were removed from the carpet. While there, the team also helped me clean a few other things and provided expert guidance. Mimmo was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Clean House Melbourne and hope to work with them again in future.

My incredible experience with Clean House Melbourne started from the first phone call with Mimmo (owner). He was so patient, empathetic, honest and respectful. He was prompt in his communications and offered a range of options to help me achieve my goals and work within my available budget. I had lost control of my home environment and it was affecting me mentally and physically for some time. It was an overwhelming step to not just book the job but to allow people into my home. BUT, Mimmo and his incredible team, Melanie, Camila, and Juan, made me feel so comfortable. They all worked so hard, and to a high standard, to give me a home I can manage again. Mimmo checked in with me throughout the job and also took the time to offer some advice (in a truly empathetic and helpful manner) on the next steps to help me continue to reclaim my home and spaces. They gave me back the ability to breathe and be happy in my home. I can't thank them all enough. I will definitely use them again in the future.

"If you’re overwhelmed like I was, just stop searching. Clean House Melbourne is, hands down, the Best of the best in Melbourne. I booked them after a friend’s recommendation and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home.

They did an incredible job. The team was spectacular and very professional. Would 100% use again!

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended! I contacted this cleaning company on a Monday with a particularly challenging request: I had wet paint spilled all over the floors in my flat. This was not an ordinary cleaning job, and I knew many cleaners would have turned it down due to the difficulty. However, Mimho approached the situation with an incredible sense of urgency and professionalism. Instead of backing away, he saw it as an opportunity to help and immediately began thinking of solutions. Within just an hour, he had created a detailed action plan tailored to the specific problem — a level of responsiveness that is rare these days. Thanks to his determination and skill, the job was completed perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented cleaning service, I can't recommend them highly enough. Truly a five-star experience!

I was very nervous about engaging a cleaner for our renovation clean as I have high standards. Mimmo, Nancy and the team delivered 100% on their promise. The place was thoroughly cleaned and they paid attention to literally every corner and surface. 100% on punctuality, hard work, high quality outcomes & customer service. And I really appreciated that the team was friendly and carried out the work with a pleasant attitude. Thanks again for a great job!

If you want to have the cleaners with no attention to details - these are your guys. The torch on the top of the Lego Statue of Liberty gone missing after their visit - probably nocked on the floor when dusted and then vacuumed. They are walking around with the ear buds in talking to whoever - no wonder why they don't pay attention to what they're doing. The door of the dishwasher cleaned but not the top. The cupboard which I've asked specifically to be cleaned inside left dirty. The windows cleaned but left the mess underneath. Bathroom taps and accessories left unpolished. And the owner refused to compensate us for the damage done to the Lego set.
