Cleanrific Cleaning Services Sydney

Booked this cleaner 2 weeks in advance and they completely failed to show up on the day. I called over 10 times and sent multiple messages with no response at all. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of other people’s time. To be honest, the original “deep clean” wasn’t even done properly. I recently got another cleaner who charged slightly less and did a significantly better job, which really showed the difference in quality. It honestly feels like they only care about locking in that first expensive clean and then become unreliable afterwards. If you can’t make it, at least communicate instead of ghosting your clients. Would not recommend.

The cleaning service was amazing! They were easy to contact and was very understanding about the price, and most important the cleaning service was high quality. The cleaner was very friendly and efficient.

Amazing cleaning company! They were able to work with me on pricing and scheduling to meet my exact needs and the customer service always went above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone in Sydney looking to ease their household/cleaning stress

Chai and his team were amazing with our end of lease clean. They were recommended to us by our agents and we received all our bond back. Thanks again.

I hired Cleanrific for a regular cleaning service and am beyond happy with the standard of the service provided. In addition to leaving the place spotless, sparkling and smelling fresh, the owner and his team were warm, friendly and amazingly accommodating to my specific needs and requests. Additionally, they were punctual to the booked timing, and were incredibly efficient as well. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a cleaner, as their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. Thanks for making my life a lot easier!

I had a really good experience with this company. They arrived on time and prepared. They managed to clean my apartment in just over an hour and did it well. They were super responsive to any particular requests I had. Would absolutely book them again!

Chai and his team did an excellent job cleaning our apartment after a renovation. They were very flexible to cater to our needs as the apartment was already furnished and had dust collected from the construction work. They not only did a great job but also took the time to explain how some of the parts while it looked clean wasn’t actually clean as the previous cleaners had sprayed chemicals and not cleaned it of. They even called me after the job to get feedback and offered to come again if unsatisfied. The price was fair and only charged for the services as my needs didn’t quiet fit into the standard services already on the website. The team was also very experienced and worked very efficiently.
