I used the end-of-lease cleaning package and was really pleased with the results. I have no idea how the price compares to other cleaning services, as I have never hired professional cleaners before, but I was thrilled with how clean my doors, screens, oven etc. looked afterwards as I have never been able to get them so clean. Everyone I dealt with, from customer service to cleaning staff, were professional and kind, and I would be happy to use their services again.
Corina was beyond expectations. She stayed for the full 3 hours and was the 1st cleaner to do so. Corina was amazing and communicating and my house is the cleanest it has been in a while. I appreciate her so much.
Absolutely fantastic job! The cleaners went above and beyond, paying attention to all the little details. The house has never looked so clean, and it smells amazing. Friendly staff, great communication, and outstanding results. Highly recommended!
I had a general clean done for my four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, and the staff did an excellent job. She was professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. The vacuuming, mopping, and wiping were all completed to a high standard, and the house feels fresh and spotless. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them. Great job!
Absolutely appalling service. I booked Miracle Maid to clean my flat on Sunday before my house sitter arrived and before I left on an international flight. On Friday they called to say the original cleaner had cancelled and asked if I could reschedule. I explained that wasn’t possible because the entire reason for booking that day was so the flat would be clean for my dog sitter before I flew overseas. I was assured this wouldn’t be a problem and that they would find another cleaner. Then, just a few hours before my booking on Sunday, they called again with exactly the same request. I explained the situation all over again, including that we’d already had this conversation on Friday. Once again, I was assured they would find another cleaner. Then, just 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, they contacted me to say they hadn’t found anyone after all and asked if I’d like to reschedule. At that point my house sitter was due to arrive in 1.5 hours and I was still trying to pack for an international trip. Rescheduling was never an option, which I had made crystal clear twice already. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund because no service had been provided, I was told I would have to contact a completely different team on a different phone number to arrange it. The entire experience left me scrambling to clean my own flat at the last minute instead of preparing for my overseas flight. It caused unnecessary stress at the worst possible time. My impression was that they never actually secured a replacement cleaner after Friday, despite repeatedly assuring me they would, and simply delayed telling me until the last possible moment. Whether that’s what happened or not, the communication was misleading and the end result was the same: no cleaner, no notice, and a customer left in an impossible position. I would strongly recommend avoiding Miracle Maid if you need a service you can actually rely on. They completely let me down when it mattered most.
I had 2 cleaners at my unit &, they did an amazing job. I thank the girls very much for the effort they put in for couple of hours. Maggie & Carly vacuumed, cleaned, & dusted the loungeroom, bedroom, kitchen & bathroom as well as venetian blinds. Before they left they wanted to be sure that nothing was left out. I was happy with their work & would use them again in weeks to come.
