Dash & Shine Cleaning Services Sydney

Been using Dash & Shine for weekly cleaning at our place in Double Bay for a few months now. Honestly just really glad we found them. Had a couple of dodgy cleaners before so was a bit skeptical at first but they have been consistently good. Show up when they say they will, do a proper job and you do not have to babysit them or write a list of things they missed. Kitchen and bathrooms always done well which is the main thing. Would recommend to anyone in Double Bay or the Eastern Suburbs looking for a reliable weekly cleaner.

I had high expectations given the very positive reviews, but unfortunately was disappointed - the standard of cleans was subpar and inconsistent. Despite booking regular fortnightly cleans (at the same time each fortnight, so I could schedule work commitments around this) Dash & Shine contacted me repeatedly - sometimes as late as the day before the clean - to change the time or day of the clean or to let me know that a different cleaner would be attending. It is really exhausting to try to explain the idiosyncrasies of your place to a new cleaner each fortnight, and of course it is difficult for them too. While the staff acknowledged my feedback on these issues, they never actually took steps to address them - the same thing continued to happen clean after clean until I cancelled the service. As a small note, oddly the laundry isn't included in a standard clean, so the cleaners would use the laundry sink but then not mop the laundry floor or wipe the benches - obviously not their fault as they are just adhering to Dash & Shine's policy, but I'd query why cleaning a laundry (standard for every other cleaning service I've used) should incur an extra $20-25+ in addition to a $210+ regular price? Finally, on pricing - it is at the higher end of the market, which would only be worthwhile for a better standard of cleaning, proper planning and actual responsiveness to feedback. I am reasonably particular and expect a fairly high standard (as our apartment is already very clean prior to the actual clean!), so if you're somewhat similar and expect more than a cursory and pricey clean I'd look elsewhere.

Racheal did an amazing job. I was honestly impressed by her attention to detail when I saw how carefully she was cleaning, and the final result was even better than I expected. Huge thank you! I definitely recommend this company for cleaning and have already shared it with my friends.

The guys that came to do an end of lease cleaning were thorough and made sure everything was clean. They were super friendly and did everything with a smile and had great communication. Would highly recommend

That experience was amazing! The last cleaner took almost 4 hours to finish my 3-bedroom apartment, but that guy finished within 2 hours. Nice customer service, and I'll definitely choose Dash and Shine next time. Highly recommend! 👊🏾

Stephen and his colleague were amazing. They arrived early and were here all day and did not stop. Thank you for such a great job. So professional and so polite. Dash & Shine is such a professional outfit. From the very first phone call to very last they were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and very reasonably priced. Thanks again Dash & Shine...
