Delight Carpet Care

Delight Carpet Care was founded in 2012 and has been operating for 11 years. The company serves Southern, Central, and Northern Adelaide. Its team comprises seasoned technicians. Delight Carpet Care offers carpet, rug, upholstery, pet urine, and mattress cleaning. It uses an exothermic carpet dry cleaning system and solvent-based products for deep cleaning without chemical residue. It offers a germ protection treatment called Delight shield. Carpets are left walk-on dry within hours.

Carpet, rug, sofa, tile and grout cleaning form the core of the work that customers describe, with attention also given to leather and window cleaning. Several customers name Sam, and his team, as the person behind results that leave carpets, couches and rugs looking renewed, including delicate rugs handled with evident care. Punctuality is a recurring theme: arrivals are described as on time or even early, followed by a clear explanation of the process before work begins. Reviewers repeatedly mention fair and reasonable pricing, often noting it compares well with what other providers have charged.

Tidiness and helpfulness also come through, with one account of a rug being returned to its place inside the home, and eco-friendly products leaving a fresh smell without harsh chemicals. Expertise is credited for lifting long-standing stains that had survived earlier attempts by other companies, and for reviving grout and tiles. Communication is described as friendly and professional from start to finish, with problems or concerns addressed on the spot. The treatment of filthy carpets and upholstery, and the condition they are left in, remains the point customers return to.
