Dream City Cleaning

Dream City Cleaning was founded in 2009 by Lee Jackson and is family owned and operated. The company employs several family members, a family friend, and other staff. It provides regular basis cleaning and end of lease cleaning services. Dream City Cleaning is recommended by over 20 real estate agencies across Canberra.

The company offers a satisfaction and bond back guarantee. It is fully insured and provides workers compensation. Dream City Cleaning brings its own cleaning supplies and sends the same cleaners for every visit. The company only provides quotes in person. It has been cleaning Canberra for over 11 years.

Bond cleans, exit cleans and pre-sale house cleaning make up the bulk of the work Canberra customers describe, and carpet cleaning also appears among the services offered. A detail many reviews return to is how smooth the arrangement feels, from a prompt quote through to the finished job. Teams are described as arriving early and working efficiently, with politeness noted alongside reliability. The standard reached is measured by results: full bond refunds, real estate agencies satisfied with the condition left behind, and a property in Nicholls praised by the selling agent and welcomed by its new owners.

Thoroughness runs through the accounts, with apartments and houses described as spotless at handover. Various customers describe clear communication before and after the clean, and Lee is named as friendly and professional. The initial consultation also draws approval, with questions answered and confidence in the choice. One reviewer initially questioned paying in advance, then understood the reasoning, and the same care is reported whether the job is an exit or a preparation for sale.
