Call The Cleaners Canberra

We had a few rooms in our house cleaned, they were very prompt and friendly. We got back in touch with them the next day to check about a few areas and they booked someone to come back and address these issues within a day at no extra charge. The cleaner who came back and Call the Cleaners made sure we were satisfied with the overall result. We would use them again.

We had a terrible experience. Unprofessional and very stressful. The end of lease clean was completed in about 2h (which made us suspicious), and as expected the Real Estate agent wasn't satisfied. 10 days later, after missing a number of booked appointments, they haven't showed up to complete the clean yet! This is absolutely not acceptable, as it's creating issues for the new tennant, the real estate agent, and the outgoing tennant (can't get our bond back!).

Haven't yet used them but appreciate and admire the tenacity of trying to reach a very hard and unattainable customer haha

I booked end of lease cleaning with them. Very professional & reliable. Will be using them again

I booked end of lease cleaning in Canberra. They were recommended by the agents. We got our full bond back. Will be using them in future as well.

Amazing experience received from Call the Cleaners ACT, the team did a fantastic job and their bond back guarantee is promised. Would highly recommend them!

Incredibly happy with the efficiency and effectiveness. Very professional, less expensive than the average quote I received and the real estate even commented on what a great job they did. Would personally use again and would recommend the company to friends and family.
