Terrible. They must pay for their reviews because they have been absolutely shocking to deal with. Do not recommend. $600 and they lied about steam cleaning the carpet (carpet was fully dry and untouched), was also not vacuumed in many areas, and she didn’t clean the shower or windows.
Loved the service and price as well, we had our apartment cleaned for end of lease cleaning in Southbank. They did a great job including carpet cleaning, got our full bond back. We will use them again.

Pretty happy with how it all went. I booked End Of Lease Cleaning BLHISs for a place in St Kilda and the overall result was what I needed for handover. A minor issue was raised after inspection, but they came back for the re-clean and fixed it without any fuss.
The whole experience was straightforward and well handled from start to finish. The place looked fresh, and properly cleaned, and the difference in the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors was obvious straight away. It made the whole moving process easier, really happy with how everything turned out.
