Maid to Clean

Made to Clean has been very professional, with excellent communication and customer service. The only area I think could be improved is the arrival time. They provide a two-hour window (for example, between 12 pm and 2 pm), which can make it difficult to plan appointments or ensure someone is home. It would be great if they could narrow that window or provide a more accurate arrival time. The cleaning itself was done well, especially considering this was only their first visit. The house had been neglected by previous cleaners, so there was a lot of work to catch up on. It’s still a little early for a final judgment, so I’ll give it another two or three visits before I can properly assess the ongoing service. So far, though, I’ve been very happy with the company and have found them professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Give them a go

They accommodated a last minute clean for me even though there was no availability online. The cleaners did a great job, were on time and respecfull of the property. Communicated well via text message with me as well. Great service overall.

Second time I used Maid to Clean for spring cleaning with window and balcony cleaning. Great to work with, they send good, efficient cleaners and prompt contact for arrangements. Pricey but worth it to get professional service from folks who bring all the products and equipment they need.

I engaged Maid to Clean to comprehensively clean a house in preparation for sale. We were working to a tight schedule with many things to be done before the first "Open For Inspection" and, despite booking their services well in advance, Maid to Clean caused significant inconvenience by rescheduling the job to a less convenient date just a couple of days before it was due to be done. They are marked down for that but I was most impressed by their cleaner, Sanjeeva, who I found diligent, thorough and responsive. Personable too and overall just a pleasure to deal with. Five stars for Sanjeeva and three and a half for Maid To Clean organisationally.
