LoveAu Cleaning

LoveAu Cleaning is a Melbourne-based company founded by Oscar Andrews. It was the first local company to introduce an advanced online booking platform in Melbourne. The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 100% Bond Back Guarantee for end-of-lease cleans.

Its services include house cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, carpet and steam cleaning, and disinfectant cleaning. LoveAu Cleaning has a balanced team of both male and female cleaners. Team members are required to have English proficiency, excellent communication, outstanding cleaning abilities, and a clean police record.

Melbourne customers describe LoveAu Cleaning as a house and end-of-lease cleaning provider whose teams arrive punctually and work with evident professionalism. Several reviewers highlight the thoroughness of the result, noting that bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas were left spotless and that carpets came up fresh. A theme running through the feedback is the attention to detail, with floors and belongings treated carefully and the crew arriving with its own equipment.

Communication is praised repeatedly, both before the job when questions were answered promptly and afterwards when older stains that could not be fully removed were explained clearly. Reviewers also value the efficiency of the teams and the reasonable pricing relative to the results achieved. Long-standing clients remark that they have used the service for years and return each time to a clean home. Move-out cleans and regular house cleaning feature in the feedback, alongside balcony and indoor floor work. Friendly, conscientious staff are described in several accounts, and the reports point to a consistent standard of work and ease of dealing with the company.
