Although I only used Maid2Match for a short time Olivia was really great. She was friendly and very professional and did a great clean . I would definitely recommend M2M.

I've engaged M2M for the 4 last years and have appreciated the value that their services add to my life. I find I get the better cleaners when I engage a regular clean rather than a one off (I get it). A couple of outstanding mentions are Tina and Stacey - they don't just clean, they organise when a clean doesn't take as long as allocated. They are proactive and I don't have to instruct; I just let them do their thing (I Hybrid work so if I'm home, I'm busy in my office). This company also sets themselves apart as they employ their cleaners (rather than contract them) and have Team Leaders to support customers if there are ever any issues (rare). If you're in Geelong and are looking for a reliable service, then I recommend this one over and above any of the competition. I have had smaller companies try to approach me and undercut their prices severely, but not only do you get what you pay for, I value their service and want to ensure that the cleaners can support their own life goals. Quality organisation.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided, the clean was of a high-quality level. Extremely happy with the person I was matched with. As a Neurodivergent person, I find certain aspects of cleaning difficult, I felt listened to and my needs accommodated without any judgement.

I can honestly say that E - my dedicated weekly Cleaner - is by far the best Cleaner I’ve ever had! Tiffany has been our regular cleaner for a while now. Her communication is excellent, works hard and does everything we have asked of her. Tiffany is punctual and reliable. We are extremely happy with her service and do highly recommend.
