Vacmate Cleaning

We used VacMate for a deep clean of our newly purchased home. The property is over 20 years old and required a deep clean. Before the work commenced, I provided a detailed list outlining exactly what needed to be done and how I expected the clean to be carried out. Their quote was much higher ($1000+) than other options, but was happy to pay for what I expected would be a high quality service. Their communication was excellent. Everyone I spoke to or emailed with was kind and easy to deal with. The cleaners also completed the internal and external windows, which was a substantial job. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning fell well short of expectations. After the first visit, many of the requested tasks had not been completed. I initially assumed they had simply run out of time and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after a second visit to complete the bathrooms and remaining cleaning, it became clear that the standard of work was nowhere near what had been promised or quoted. Many areas remained dirty, the bathrooms were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and overall the house still required significant cleaning after the service had supposedly been completed. For a premium priced deep clean, the quality simply wasn’t there. When I raised my concerns, they did respond and offered a $120 discount, which I appreciated. However, the fact that the discount increased substantially after I indicated I would be pursuing the matter further only reinforced my view that the original invoice did not reflect the quality of the work provided. In summary, while the customer service and communication were good, the actual cleaning service was extremely disappointing and poor value for money. Based on my experience, I would not use them again. I recommend finding a smaller cleaning business where the person quoting the job is also responsible for delivering the service.

I have recently received an excellent cleaning service from Nareen from the Vacmate Cleaning Company. He was punctual and very polite, with a wonderful attitude to my requests. He was well presented and professional. Nareen paid particular attention to my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a polished professional cleaning service. I give 5 stars for a job well done. Julie

I would like to say my praises for the cleaner that I had on Tuesday. I believe his name was Mineat. He was a young, polite and honest man. He listened to my requests and followed through. He did a fantastic job, I was very impressed and would highly recommend him and would love to have him back any day. He left my house spotless. I even felt for him as I have a big house and he did the full 3 hour clean on his own. I would like to thank him, very much.

I'm happy with their end of lease clean and all the hard work they put in. They even travelled to my fairly distant Real Estate agency to collect keys to the property which was very appreciated. I communicated with Ankur the Operations & Customer Experience Manager through email a few times and he was very professional. Their website was also very easy to use and find information on.

So after one clean then they assured me they wouldnt cancel, after i got rid of my regulaur cleaner and after one visit cancelled on me so i would like to thank you for the stuff around.. If you make a commitment you should uphold it.. Plus unaware cleaners were scared of cats, had gardener here so i wanted cats inside as scared of lawn mower and they were scared to clean.. so it freaked my cats out which brought me aniexty.. not good..
