Sydney Steemer Carpet Cleaner

Sydney Steemer Carpet Cleaner is a family owned business that has operated for over 28 years. The team has over 50 years of combined experience. Greg is the owner-operator and heads the carpet cleaning team, with over 28 years of experience. The business is a licenced applicator for 3M Scotchgard. It serves the Sydney region, including St George and Sutherland Shire. Services include carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug repair and shampooing, and vehicle sanitisation.

Praise for the work of Greg, the technician behind the carpet and upholstery cleaning, runs through the feedback from customers across Sydney's southern suburbs. Several reviewers describe carpets that appeared beyond saving, including a twenty-two-year-old white carpet and a five-seater fabric couch, being restored to a condition that looked new, with the treatment removing odours as well as visible marks. More than one review highlights the standard of the finish on multi-room jobs, sofas, armchairs and rugs, and the care taken over details.

Reliability and punctuality come up often, with one customer noting a message advising of an earlier arrival and another describing a booking fitted in at short notice. The quotes given before work began are described as fair and reasonable for the results achieved. Communication before and after each job is a consistent theme, and the same attention is credited in urgent situations such as extracting water from a rain-damaged apartment, where industrial blowers and a dehumidifier were used before a follow-up steam clean. Greg is named throughout as friendly, professional and easy to deal with, and repeat business is a recurring outcome.
