Carpet Tech

Carpet Tech is a family-owned business operating in Sydney that does not use subcontractors. It has been operating for the last 10 years. All technicians are trained and hold IICRC certification in carpet and hard floor cleaning and advanced stain removal. Carpet Tech offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a refund if the customer is not happy. It provides professional cleaning services for carpets, rugs, tile and grout, upholstery, and mattresses.

Sydney customers repeatedly turn to Carpet Tech for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and the feedback gathered over several years points to a consistent pattern of satisfaction. The recurring theme is the quality of the finish: reviewers describe light-grey lounges and carpets in apartments, bedrooms, stairs and high-traffic areas coming back to a near-new condition, with oil stains and older marks removed where previous attempts had failed. Several customers mention punctuality and professionalism, noting technicians arrive when booked and move equipment efficiently. Communication before and after the job comes up often, with Kirara, Leighton and Michael named for their prompt replies and clear explanations of the process.

Fair, transparent pricing is another point reviewers raise, alongside the ease of obtaining quotes and securing quick bookings. Tidiness also features: one customer recalls a technician cleaning and drying the surrounding area after finishing two rugs. Beyond standard carpet work, the business handles leather and upholstery cleaning, and reviewers describe couches, lounges and rugs being refreshed alongside flooring. The willingness to accommodate changed appointment times is mentioned too. The result is a picture of a team that combines thorough stain removal with friendly, well-organised service.
