Revive Carpet Cleaning

Revive Carpet Cleaning is a family owned business with over 20 years of experience and has completed over 10,000 jobs. It specialises in stain removal, with a success rate of 97%. All technicians are trained in accordance with Australian Standards 3733/1995 and certified by the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute. The business serves the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Sutherland Shire, North Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Waterloo, Edmondson Park and Surry Hills.

It uses a commercial-strength upright vacuum cleaner with a hospital-grade HEPA filtration system, a hot water extraction machine with a pH neutralising rinse, and non-toxic products that are child, pet and environmentally friendly. Services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, mattress cleaning and emergency flood restoration.

Upholstery, carpets and leather are at the centre of Revive Carpet Cleaning's work in Sydney, and the finished result is what reviewers return to again and again. People remark that rugs and couches come up looking new, that stubborn old marks vanish, and that a pleasant freshness lingers afterwards. Sam, whose name appears throughout the feedback, earns consistent praise for professionalism, punctuality and the clarity with which he explains what is happening, a quality especially valued by clients managing properties on behalf of relatives. Long-standing customers note that appointments are honoured and that scheduling bends around events, while newcomers comment on the same dependability.

A theme running through the feedback is value: the cost is described as competitive for both commercial and domestic jobs and reasonable for the standard delivered. Tidiness and close attention to detail feature regularly, as does Sam's frankness about likely outcomes, even when a job cannot go ahead. Urgent spot cleaning after a mishap involving a newborn was handled quickly and warmly. Returning clients over several years report the same consistent finish, and the leather, upholstery and water damage restoration side of the operation is described as equally thorough.
