Hassan was awesome he arrived on time and no muck around. He assessed what needed to be done and deep cleaned, sanitised and deodorised my lounge suite. It looks and smells amazing. Having all this done definitely saved me time.

1. They claim they left a message with 1 hour's notice that the cleaners are going to be 5 hours late. Not acceptable. 2. From my end, they didn't even leave a message. There's no such message in my inbox for any of the numbers that Fantastic was using to communicate with me. I was left waiting for several hours. 3. When the cleaners finally arrived, it was 6 hours after the scheduled time. 4. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone to ask where the cleaners were. The automated service just referred me to the website and hung up. None of my callback messages were returned. 5. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were rude and made no attempt to make things better. 6. The cleaning service wasn't even particularly good. I was assured prior to the service that it would include basic spot cleaning for the walls, but the walls were untouched and still had a lot of cleanable marks. And the sides of the drawers still had grease stains. Basically, what you need to know about Fantastic is that they subcontract their work to anyone they can and take no accountability for it. A customer would be much better off booking a provider directly so that they at least know what they're getting. If you have a booking with Fantastic (unfortunate) and need to discuss a problem (likely), I suggest using the phone options to book a new service - they might talk to you then. Anything to do with an existing service will get you redirected to their website. UPDATE (10/03/23): Following my reviews, Fantastic has reached out, apologised and refunded part of my cleaning fee. They also offered to send someone out to rectify the cleaning issues (which I declined), and assured me that all of the customer service and contact issues will be fixed in future. Frankly, the only way is up.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was charged $650 for a deep clean in which no more than a $200 (if not less) job was done. They booked to come back and fix it twice and rescheduled or did not show. And then only got a refund of $150. Would not recommend this experience to anyone. Photo's below were how my house was after the 'deep clean'.

Half baked job. Failed to pass property inspection twice. Unbelievably poor service. Do not use. We are appalled by their complete failure to clean properly. Don’t waste your money.

We used Fantastic Cleaners for our end-of-lease clean. Overall experience was average. During the sales process, I advised them the back door will be left unlocked while I was at work so that the cleaners can enter themselves but the note was never saved and they ended up calling me while I was in a meeting to ask how to get into the property. Most of the house was cleaned to satisfaction, however, they left mould on the wall in the sunroom, and the shower drain and curtain were still left pink (soap scum). I raised a case online but they didn't get back to me until a few days later with a resolution to fix it for us, but we've already cleaned it up ourselves since we needed to get our bond back. You can't seem to contact anyone by phone either, it's an automated message and correspondences are via their website. Update: Fantastic Cleaners refunded part of the invoice which was appreciated. As mentioned, most of the house was cleaned to satisfaction, so we felt like the refund now made the price more value for money. Thank you for rectifying the issue.
