Whitewash Brisbane

Whitewash Brisbane is a locally owned and operated window and gutter cleaning business. It serves both residential and commercial properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Stradbroke Island. Services include window cleaning, pressure cleaning, garden maintenance, construction site cleaning, house photo preparation, solar panel cleaning, and roof and gutter cleaning. For commercial clients, it works with carparks, industrial villages, and warehouses.

Residential clients include houses, apartments, investment properties, and properties for sale. The business provides a one-stop pre-sale cleaning service that includes pressure cleaning the roof, soft washing the exterior, cleaning windows, and garden care. It offers one-time cleans or scheduled regular servicing. Staff hold a working at heights certification (RIIWHS204E) and undergo a police check. Whitewash Brisbane holds full public and property liability insurance, with public liability cover up to $20m.

Whitewash Brisbane earns consistent praise from customers for the thoroughness and work ethic of the crew led by Matthew, with Aaron and Seb also singled out for arriving on time and being genuinely friendly. Several accounts describe windows cleaned inside and out, including screens and tracks, alongside pressure washing of roofs, gutters, pathways, concrete and weatherboard surfaces, plus air conditioning units.

Customers in several reviews describe a high standard of finish, from sparkling glass to a grimy perspex roof above a courtyard between a church and a hall that was brought back to a like-new appearance, a job that required explaining the process and visiting the site twice. The team is described as efficient and tidy, with tarps laid across garden beds to protect plants from runoff, and clear communication before and after the job comes up often.

Fair pricing relative to time spent on site is another recurring point, as is the willingness to take on difficult access jobs and share knowledge about each task. Work in Bardon and across Brisbane includes regular property maintenance, with one customer preparing a house for sale and another booking annually, while the crew's enthusiasm on a 35 degree day and care in lifting fly screens so no glass was missed also feature among the feedback.
