Had an end of lease clean completed by this company. This was funded by the NDIS. The original quote was accepted. 2 cleaners and steam cleaning of the carpets. They invoiced for nearly $200 more and then attempted to tell us that the cleaners were there for longer than they were. Have stated that I did a "thorough" walkthrough and accepted the work. This is untrue. I was unable to walk through the property as the steam cleaner was blocking access to half of the house. I questioned the state of the windows on the day and was greeted with the phrase "we tried our best". Not, let me try again. The carpets were not cleaned well. They are still indented and have cat hair balled up. The steam cleaning was done on their recommendation due to having a pet. You know... to remove the hair... the cupboards were not cleaned inside properly, the window tracks are still not clean, there were smear marks on all cupboard exteriors, the oven is not clean and the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. They state on their website that the grout is to be cleaned in an end of lease clean however, the floors were not even mopped. The laundry floor was not even looked at. I have not passed my outgoing inspection and regardless of their statement of a bond back guarantee, they are declining to revisit these issues. They have claimed that the home was in poor condition when they arrived but this is completely untrue. Their "proof" of this "poor" condition is a picture of water marks in the stainless steel sink. They damaged a blind cord and dented the faucet in the kitchen. They do not take any accountability for any of those issues either. I DO NOT recommend this business. They have been a nightmare to deal with and I will ensure that every NDIS support coordinator that I know are aware of it.
