Ballarat Cleaning Wizards

I was really impressed with the quality of work by Alana and Jura. Fantastic finish. Would recommend completely!

I used Ballarat Cleaning Wizards when I was injured through WorkCover and making those payment arrangements was not complicated. I have recently engaged them again and have decided to make a regular booking due to the quality of the clean and customer service, specifically fast and direct communication from Sebastian, to confirm details and check in. Definitely recommend using this cleaning service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding bond clean, including a full oven clean! The team (Floyd & Emily) was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. The oven came up like new and the whole place looked better than when we moved in. The real estate was very happy and we had no issues getting our full bond back. Highly recommend!

DO NOT use this provider! They do not commit to pre-booked regular dates & times for cleaning services. I have had two bookings where the time has changed 8 times & even one change of date without checking with me first. This is not the way to run a service particularly for people with a disability. NO STARS. Google forces at least one.

Casey has been and is someone that you could only wish for. Casey is so thorough and and the place is always left immaculate, and also Casey is so trustworthy that we can leave jewellery and other expensive things about and know that it's always safe. Very friendly and just a lovely person.

Been with Ballarat Cleaning wizards for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Laura my cleaner is very professional and understanding. Happily doing things I ask and and when I'm having a bad day, they will try to keep the noise level down so I can get some more sleep :)

Casey is my cleaner, has been for almost a full year. I'd recommend her to anyone, she's an A1 cleaner! Very thorough, hygenic and trustworthy.
