Calibre Cleaning has been excellent. They're efficient, reliable, and communicate really well from start to finish. We recently had our first cleaning session with Baasansuren (Baaska), who did an amazing job. The house looked great, and we were really impressed with the quality of the clean. Just started with Calibre Cleaning and they’re brilliant! Great communications, friendly staff and cleaners were very attentive to detail and performed a lot quicker than planned which really helped me sure to my tight schedule and many daily tasks. Look forward to working with them more moving forward.
The staff were excellent in communication, presentation, punctual and cleaned our property perfectly! They even took the time to place a few of our kids toys seated on their beds and in the lounge room where the kids had left them prior to the clean! They even spotted white texter marks on our glass in the bathroom (that had been there for 2 years now but was just out of reach for us to get to without a ladder) and cleaned it! Our last two previous cleaners both never took the effort to clean this- so you can image the delight when we saw it was FINALLY gone! I would and will highly recommend Calibre Cleaners any day of the week! Thank you Isidora and Agus you guys are absolute stars!
Sam did an incredible job—after more than three hours, our home was spotless and the attention to detail really showed his professionalism. There was a small communication issue at the start regarding which rooms were included, but it was quickly resolved and handled well. Overall, I’m very impressed with the result—our home has never looked better. I’ll definitely be using Calibre Cleaning again.
We had a really great clean from Calibre - the staff are Isi and Agus. They had great attention to detail and really high quality clean. The team was on time, friendly and checked that we were happy with the clean. It was such a high quality clean. Super happy
