So happy with the service, they were punctual and very thorough and cleaning They were super accommodating and were very clear about what was included and wasn’t but offered to include things Very upfront, honest and fair with what I paid for I got a full end of lease cleaning for about $600 and it was worth every dollar

The CBC team did a great job cleaning our large end of lease house. We received our full bond back. Sammy worked very hard and did a great job with a fantastic attitude the whole day, even staying very late to ensure the job was done. Judy was easy to deal with in the organising, thank you CBC team

We engaged CBC for a couple hours to give our investment property a freshen up before new tenants move in. The experience has been great and we would definitely use them again in the future. They were quick to respond to the enquiry, understood the scope, communication was very clear, and they were very reasonably priced in our opinion. The cleaners were kind and followed instructions and we were happy with the clean. We then received a follow up first thing the following morning to confirm we were happy with the clean. Would engage again!

UNPROFESSIONAL. Booked them for a cleaning service in the month of October last year. And they send charge $100 for booking which we did. The team cleaning arrives and could feel they are not in right place of mind and were bickering. One of the guy goes in bathroom to clean the shower and breaks the shower door. And when we confronted walked out of the place without doing the job but made it more messier. The house owner then charged us with$1000 for the shower door. We have been contacting their team over mails since then , and they have completely ghosted us. They haven't Pais our booking fee back neither compensated for the damage they caused in the property. This is final resort to tell you all. Please don't waste your time and money on such service companies. If you want a clear your bond try choose someone else not CBC.( They don't deserve any star.Its just to post my Review)
