When calling to confirm a booking, we were dismissively told that it is "$199 for that service" and was very rudely stating that it "says it all on the website". I was following along with what she said on the website because apparently it says on there that there is a minimum call out fee. There is literally nothing anywhere that states this on the website, and this is the literal definition of price gouging. Will never use their services for dishonest practices and hidden fees.
Had my floorboards sanded and re-surfaced and 3 x carpets cleaned. Josh and the team did an excellent job and kept me up to date and got the job done quickly and with excellent quality.
My lovely Nick Scali fabric sofa is as good as new. Very pleased 🙂 Definitely use again
I called electrodry to do my lounge I give full credit to the chap that looked at he gave me an honest opinion that the lounge is old and wouldn’t come out any better highly recommended 😊

Had to re surface timber floors twice at my request. (Their first go was pathetic) A year or so later we are going to have to get someone else to do it. Scuff marks everywhere. Their products must be very cheap. So once again, furniture out, hotel again while hopefully someone better that Electrodry does our floors. Avoid, good talkers, pleasant guys, but quality not there.
Great service. We had our couch cleaned recently. I wasn't entirely happy with the first attempt, and the team returned to fix it as per their policy. Malcom was a great help and I would definitely use them again. The team also runs on time. Thanks :)
