At the end of last year, I was seeking quotes for a bond clean to prepare my principal home for rental as we moved out of town. I found Gavin at Elite Edge through a Facebook recommendation and reached out for a quote. I had already received several quotes, but they felt over-sensationalised and everything seemed to be an “extra”. Gavin’s quoting process, on the other hand, was simple, all-inclusive, and refreshingly straightforward. His communication was responsive, clear, and friendly from the outset. Once we locked in a date, everything ran exactly as promised. He collected the keys from our real estate on time, returned them promptly, and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. He also managed to fit the clean in just three days before Christmas so we could hold a viewing on the 23rd. The real estate opened the house the following morning and said, “It looks amazing!” Having had unreliable and overpriced cleaners in the past, it’s always a concern engaging someone new, but there were absolutely no worries with Elite Edge. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin and his team and am very grateful for the experience we had for our piece of mind and absolutely no added stress at a stressful time.

We booked a deep cleaning service and were offered 2 cleaners for 8hrs for $750. However, on the day, we waited for an hr as they were late and then they finished early leaving a half done job. They then invoiced for the full 8hrs and when I complained, offered a discount to 6hrs of work when only 4hrs of work was done (9am to 1pm instead of 8am to 4pm). And we were left with a house that still needed cleaning. Rather look elsewhere.

Elite Edge Property Services recently rid my home of mold. I had been aware for some time that I had a mold problem but due to poor eye sight I didn't realize it was so bad. When Gavin had completed the job I was amazed at how bright the walls and ceiling were. The job was done effectively, speedily and to my complete surprise it did not cost an arm and a leg.
