They are not even worth 1 star. Save your time and money! Like many other reviewers, there were multiple areas in our home that were not even touched, despite paying over $652 for this particular service. They are refusing to issue a refund, offering a re-clean instead despite the fact I have told them multiple times that I only had a 2 day window to clean the place and given their shocking and sorry excuse of a ‘clean’, I had to complete the clean myself instead. I will be commencing proceedings in the Tribunal as it seems this is the only way I will receive a remedy. Bottom line - AVOID AVOID AVOID.
