What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Fantastic Cleaners' Melbourne branch holds a 4.4 average from 1,520 reviews, and feedback is notably split for a business of this size. Several detailed one-star reviews describe end-of-lease cleans left incomplete after long delays, an unexpected annual "membership" charge one customer called a scam, and cleaners arriving hours late with little communication.
Against that, other reviewers single out individual technicians such as Frank for oven cleaning and Shruthi and Rajan for a thorough apartment clean. Given the gap between glowing and highly critical reviews, results appear to depend heavily on which crew is assigned, so confirming inclusions and charges in writing before booking is worth doing.

Absolutely do not bother. We paid $150 to have our apartment cleaned and the result was extremely disappointing. It was clear that furniture hadn’t been moved to vacuum properly, and I’m fairly certain our bedroom wasn’t vacuumed at all as there was still visible hair and dirt on the carpet. The mirrors were also left with fingerprints. We also paid extra for the cleaners to bring their own equipment, yet they used my Dyson vacuum instead. To make matters worse, it’s now not working anymore. Overall, a complete waste of money.
Frank was very prompt and did a thorough job. Also gave me advice on how to keep my oven and range hood clean through t the year
Frank came and cleaned my very dirty oven. He did an incredible job. I could never have got it looking so clean. I only booked this morning and they came today! Would highly recommend this service. Before and after photographs below for your reference.
'Fantastic Cleaners' were just that.. Fantastic! They were easy to book with, transparent with prices (able to view on their website). Technician Frank was amazing. He arrived early, set up quickly and was efficient. He was super friendly and offered professional advice. Very happy customer.
I was serviced by Jack who did an amazing job with the Oven, trully fantactoc to get rid of the grease and grime that are so hard if not imposible to remove. He clean the top of my stove very well too. Thank you for the great service.
Very good service, was very good communication letting me know what would be done and how - the standard was perfect and will be recommending to friends for sure!
First time using this service. Very impressed, turned up early and left the very dirty oven and range hood looking like new. Wish I’d taken a before photo! Would use again!
