House and Commercial Cleaning Services - Eco Brisbane

We spoke to Richard from Eco Brisbane who was helpful in arranging for the Dharas’ team to come to our home. They did an amazing job with the cleaning and they were friendly and efficient. We had such a great experience with these guys and we would happily recommend them to anyone. Richard was fantastic in his communication and organisation of the services. Awful experience. Appalling quality of clean followed by sub-par customer service. Damaged property & refused to refund or compensate for damage.

Really disappointing service. Had a huge number of issues that needed to be corrected after a bond clean, mainly to do with dusting and vacumming (no vacumming done at all, and no high dusting done). I requested they come and correct the issues, and they said they would. After they came back to 'correct' the issues, there were more issues that my real estate pointed out, again, mostly dusting and vacumming that was not done. They attempted to charge me more for the services they stated were included and said that I would need to pay an extra $80 or so to get the issues fixed. They say there is a 7 day guarantee for the cleaning, but not only did the cleaner not clean the property correctly, they also tried to charge me more, when they did not clean the first two times. I ended up having to do the clean myself (which took hours as they barely did anything) and never heard anything from the business when I stated my issues. In regards to your reply, I've reached out to both your business and the cleaner and have email receipts of the cleaner stating that I'd need to pay more for the dusting and vacuming issues I requested they fix. If you're trying to say that dusting and vacumming are not included in the bond clean, then I also have reciept of your quote, which states it is.
