Illawarra Cleaning Crew

Illawarra Cleaning Crew is a locally owned business established in 2024 by international students. The legal entity is Illawarra Crew Pty Ltd. It serves Wollongong and the Illawarra region and has cleaned hundreds of homes.

Services include end of lease, residential, commercial, and NDIS cleaning across the Illawarra. The company provides a 100% bond-back guarantee and is fully insured with public liability insurance. All cleaners are police checked and hold current WWCC for entering family homes. Eco-friendly products are used.

Cleaning and end-of-lease work sits at the centre of what customers describe about Illawarra Cleaning Crew, with carpet cleaning, window cleaning and janitorial tasks also appearing in accounts of jobs across Wollongong. Several reviewers describe end-of-lease cleans where the result left a property spotless, with ovens, tracks and skirting boards attended to rather than only the obvious surfaces. Punctuality and reliability come up regularly, as does the team's willingness to take on work at short notice, including adding carpet cleaning on moving day.

Communication before and during the job is mentioned as straightforward, and the speed with which larger homes were completed surprised more than one client. Named staff receive consistent praise: Betto, John, Louis, Rick and Isaac are all singled out for thoroughness, professionalism and friendliness, with one customer noting an oven clean at an hourly rate far below competing quotes. Reviewers also value the fair pricing and the absence of shortcuts. The recurring theme across the feedback is a stress-free process, from the first message to the final walkthrough, with the crew handling apartments and three-bedroom houses alike. Repeat bookings are common among those who write in.
