I was bombarded with Marketing materials, but on the day of service no-one turned up. Not a reliable company, I am sure AI running their platform, would not recommend, poor reliability.
Rob & Tara did an amazing job. Made my apartment look like it was brand new. Super quick and easy to work with.
Monthly services are a hit and miss, often not a regular cleaner coming each month so the quality of the clean can range, but mostly turns out well. Latest service I was provided was by someone new who was a last minute replacement. The cleaner was late from the time they confirmed themselves. Some surfaces were not wiped, and a dirty mop was used for my tiles which left a bad smell. I had to redo the floors. Support Team got back to me with a resolution which was considerate.
Had a my first clean with this business and it was disappointing. I requested a deep clean of my cosy 2 bedroom appartment and they failed to clean the bath tub, the TV and TV cabinet and the bench top in the bathroom. On top of that they charged me for additional services I requested to be removed prior to the clean charging me over $300!
I never thought that I will never see my house sparkling clean and smelling fresh again. After that accident, I wasn't able to clean my house thoroughly. I am so glad that Simply Maid is there to help me and make everything neat and in place for the past year and looking forward to the years to come. Thank you for the job well done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Two experiences in December and January where the cleaners did not turn up - but the payment WAS deducted from our account. This last time there was no response to 5 emails, a Facebook message and numerous attempts to call the listed number which is clearly inoperable. Money has not been refunded despite so many attempts to contact them - in the end I had to ask the bank to cancel my card - very annoying and disappointing.
