They responded incredibly quickly as soon as the work was approved. They immediately set up extraction fans, a dehumidifier, and an air purifier, which ran for several days straight. What truly sets them apart from other Adelaide restoration services is their absolute thoroughness. After 4 days, Arthur returned and used multiple devices to test for moisture in the concrete under the carpet, the walls, doorframes, and skirting boards. Instead of just packing up and rushing to the next job, he identified that the area wasn't fully dry yet and extended the drying process to ensure the structure was completely safe and moisture-free before finishing. They were prompt, always on time, and communicated any changes to the schedule in a timely, professional fashion. If you need professional water damage restoration, structural drying, or carpet care in Adelaide, this is the team to call. 5/5 stars!
I have used Zig Zag (Arthur) twice now, once on leaving my last home and now in my new home. Excellent service, always amazed at the outcome of carpets and upholstery. Will continue to use and definitely highly recommend .
Arthur was great, he was able to fit me in on short notice and gave me approximate pricing on the phone, we walked through the rooms and discussed options and pricing was agreed before he started. Elected to go with deep cleaning (rotary scrubbing with chemical pre-treatment) due to dogs and the carpets have never been cleaner. He vacuumed, scrubbed and extracted three rooms within an hour. He was on time, professional and great to deal with. I'd recommend him in future
Arthur from Zig Zag Carpet Cleaning was fantastic! We contacted him at 7pm on a Friday night and he was able to come out the very next morning at 10am to clean the carpets in three rooms of our new home. He was friendly, efficient, reliable, and very reasonably priced. We were extremely impressed with both the service and the results – highly recommend!
