I used Andrei's service about a year ago for an end-of-lease clean. The experience has stuck with me, so I felt the need to share for others to come to their own conclusions since many of the reviews online are either 5 stars 10/10 or 1 star 0/10. The TL;DW line is: The cleaning service was really great – we got our bond back with zero issues and Andrei himself was communicable and approachable – but the whole process came with a lot of stress and frustration. 1. They asked for more money (than the quote) as soon as they arrived because it was larger than they thought. I went to specific lengths when I booked them to say that it was a 3-bedroom house with an extra lounge room. Normal size kitchen, one bathroom, 1 large-ish bedroom and 2 smaller ones. I get that quotes are just estimates, but this just felt underhanded in a way that left me with a bad feeling. 2. They said it was too dirty (the other reason why the price went up). I'm sorry, but what? I'm a clean person – and that's obviously subjective – but we've just moved out, there's dust on the floorboards from where we had furniture and the movers were walking. There weren't dirt smears or stains on the walls, the stove-top wasn't caked with grime, the oven even had a self-cleaning setting so it needed very little beyond a polish. The quote going up because the house was larger than they thought – I get it, to a point – but implying that the house was in a state of neglect to such a degree that it would require more than a standard clean is just insulting. 3. Whilst Andrei was communicative and polite on the phone with me, the cleaners who arrived at our house were accusatory and hostile to my wife about the cleanliness of the place, the size, and the fact that there was a few bags in one room still to be moved. Now I completely admit that everything should have been out of the house before they arrived, that's on us. But we had maybe 4-5 bags piled in one room that my wife was in the process of moving as the cleaners arrived. Does that seriously warrant them to start shouting at her that the place is too dirty, it's got stuff in it, and that they simply cannot start cleaning? Now, I want to emphasise that, at the end of the day, we did get our bond back with no issues at all, and that's what matters, right? Andrei, in spite of pushing up the price by about 30% from the initial quote, was polite and straight-forward to deal with. After I told him how the cleaners had been when they arrived, he spoke with them and they were much better the rest of the time they were at the house. We did also come to an agreement on the price, which was less than what his first increase was but still much more than the initial quote. So, I can't in good conscious say that we didn't get what we paid for, or that it wasn't worth any less than 4 stars – in terms of the service offered, they did it and they did it well. Would I use them again or recommend them? No, I absolutely wouldn't. The amount of stress this day caused – lumped on top of an already stressful time (moving house in general), of which they are well aware – fundamentally impacted my experience. The reason I went with them to begin with was because they were the recommended cleaner of our real estate agency, so I knew (pretty much) that I wouldn't have issues about the cleanliness going with them. But that same reason also made me feel compelled to accept their higher quote, since what alternative do you have when you're about to give the keys back and you've used the only service endorsed by your agency? They understand this and, after nearly a year, that's still the taste that's left in my mouth. Andrei, I'm sure you will reply to this since you do for almost every Google review – please know that I don't mean to be disparaging or disrespectful to you directly, but this is the experience I had and I feel that it's worth people knowing, since it's still sitting with me this long after. Take it or leave it, I don't need or want anything else – I wish you well.

Andrii did a sofa deep clean for us after we moved into our new apartment, and the couch was extremely dirty from the previous tenants. There was dust, stains, and heavy buildup everywhere. We arranged a time with Andrii, booked the service, and he arrived right on time. In just a little over an hour, he managed to completely restore what honestly looked like a hopeless sofa.
