I have upped my rating. Two lovely gentlemen returned and rectified the missed areas. Thank you! Much appreciated.
I had the pleasure of having Tammy and Rebecca come to our house today. They did a brilliant job - cleaned everything, stayed on task and were very friendly through out the whole process. My house is not spotless and de-cluttered and i feel like such a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend them and Carl and the team at Abelia Cleaning. Ontime clean and professional, with a personable caring touch. Definitely deserving of a raise ;)
Friendly efficient service, charge back to DVA, very good service thank you
Driveway looks incredibly new, it was well worth it. Thank you 🙂
Absolutely ridiculous service I just had a baby and needed my bathroom cleaned I was booked in with this service over a week ,were really looking forward to getting this done From the moment cleaners arrived they demanded money they held a written quote into my face ,when I already confirmed the quote twice /verbally on fone and written by text ,they then talked about me paying upfront which shocked me ,I then said I would pay by card They said they would go to their car to collect cleaning supplies, They never returned Leaving my house door open with no notice of them leaving I have a baby in here with me And feel violated by this company ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! stay away from this service extremely dodgy 👎
Great job on our shop front windows - thank you Carl and team also for amazing friendliness
I paid for cleaning of a large home ready for sale. It was meant to include deep cleaning for 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, windows inside and out, mould and wall/floor cleaning... Well!! Soooooo much not even touched, and what was done was disgraceful. Cleaner was sent back to supposedly do what was missed however still not acceptable. The kitchen floor wasn't mopped, cobwebs left in corners, screens, doors and windows left not done. Light fittings & fans left dusty. Kitchen external cupboard doors and drawers not wiped, window tracks left dirty, marks on wall not touched. Now I know why they wanted payment upfront as otherwise they wouldn't have been paid. Absolutely disgraceful for a cleaning business!!! 😡
